Delivery Time

  • For made-to-order items minimum of 10-15 days required for delivery.
  • Within Punjab - 3 to 6 business days

  • Out of Punjab - 3 to 7 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays. While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for COD orders are calculated based on your delivery location.

  • Free Shipping (COD): Available for orders above 2000Rs within Pakistan.

  • Additional Shipping Fees: If your location is outside the standard delivery zones, shipping rates may vary, and additional charges may apply.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

COD Payment

With Cash on Delivery (COD), you can conveniently pay for your order at the time of delivery. When placing your order, please ensure that you have the exact amount ready for the delivery courier.

Please note: COD orders are subject to confirmation. Our delivery partner will contact you before the delivery to confirm your order and shipping details.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer COD shipping within Pakistan.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
